Or would you rather have “without everything”? Nothing is more individual than enjoyment on holiday. That's why we give you as much freedom as possible. We will be happy to sweeten your morning with our breakfast box and tell you where you can enjoy the best food in the evening. We also have our garden terrace with a grill station and kit for social evenings. Our Trustbar is also open 24 hours a day to quench your thirst. Everything is possible, nothing is a must, and you are free to decide whether you want to enjoy your holiday in Brixen with bed and breakfast, cater for yourself or enjoy the town to your heart's content!
What better way to start a day on holiday than with a breakfast box? We are happy to put a smile on your face in the morning with aromatic croissants and rolls from the Profanter natural bakery, butter and jams, hearty cold cuts, fresh fruit and vegetables, milk, yoghurt, eggs and everything that gets you going. Our food is predominantly unpackaged and regional; alternatives for vegetarians and vegans are available. There is also a coffee machine with free tabs and a small selection of teas in each apartment.
Please put your empty breakfast box in front your apartment door again by 11 am.

Thirsty from cycling? Forgotten your drinks? Or would you like a glass of wine in the garden? Then head for the Trustbar at the reception. There you can help yourself to our soft drinks and a selection of South Tyrolean wines at any time of the day or night. You can conveniently pay for your consumption before departure. Enjoyment made easy!
You don’t find that everywhere... Behind our accommodation in Brixen there is a small garden with a barbecue grill station waiting for you. The cosy gourmet spot is freely available to you, and includes a kit with coal, utensils and dishes. You are welcome to pick berries for your aperitif and dessert as well as herbs from the garden. And the best thing of all: We will clean the grill for you!
How nice it is when you don't have to go to the buffet or get dressed up for dinner at 7 pm sharp. Whether you decide on a holiday in Brixen with bed and breakfast or not: all culinary dinner options are open to you! The episcopal town has a lot on the menu for gourmets, and the surrounding area doesn't skimp on culinary options either. Do you need a recommendation?
