What could be better than diving into the cool water on a hot summer day? Guests of Residence Nives enjoy free admission to the Acquarena adventure pool. With the BrixenCard you enjoy free admission to the water world with a large sunbathing area and several pools for young and old. And: The Acquarena Brixen is just a few steps away! You can also reach the waters of Kalterer See by car, which is not only the warmest lake in the Alps, but also one of the most beautiful.
Kneipp therapy is good for you! This healthy water treading stimulates blood circulation, strengthens the body's defences and washes away any stress. So why not hop on your bike, pedal to Vahrn in 25 minutes and jump in? In the “outskirts” of Brixen, a spacious Kneipp facility awaits you on the Schladerer Bach. There you can try out this centuries-old feel-good technique and then lie down on the lawn feeling refreshed. There is a playground for children on the edge of the forest.
The Eisacktal valley around Brixen is a hiking paradise. From the alpine pastures around Villanders to the Radlsee and the Latzfonser Kreuz, there is no end to the excursion options. Even famous South Tyrol highlights, such as the Dolomites are within reach. And the valley also has attractions worth seeing, such as Brixen's old town, the Franzensfeste fortress or Neustift monastery. You can follow in the footsteps of prehistory on the Archeo-Pfad trail, and thanks to the BrixenCard you can explore around 90 South Tyrolean museums for free. Still not sure?
